Hey Babe!, also known as Babe! and also known as Rise and Shine, is a 1980 film, a musical drama starring Yasmine Bleeth and Buddy Hackett. This was Yasmine's first film at the age of 12 years.
Theresa O'Brian is a 12-year-old orphan who desperately wants to attend a school for the performing arts and become a star. She is not receiving encouragement at the orphanage and is getting into trouble with the orphanage officials due to her infractions of the rules and regulations.
In one of her unauthorized adventures away from the orphanage, she meets and befriends Sammy Cohen who was a Vaudeville performer who became an alcoholic and lost his career. He is interested in renewing his career and has faith in Theresa's ability, and together they develop an act called "Buddy and Babe" in order to raise money for Theresa's tuition.
Shot in 1979, the film was released in 1983, by which time the film's "TV Singer" Geraldine Hunt had scored a 1980 Billboard National Disco Action Top 100 number-one hit with "Can't Fake the Feeling".

Professor Ludovico Bruschi is an elderly Communist whose desire is that of living in an orderly and socially just State. But disorder is just about to break into his life, first of all in the shape of his granddaughter Papere and then in that of Papere's mother Stella, his son's companion. Now Professor Bruschi is obliged to come to terms with the gloomy, ignorant, offended Stella whose head is full of false and destructive ideals and who disturbs his way of living out daily life. The professor loses his patience and Stella leaves. He looks for her and finds her in hospital with a broken leg. The two of them begin to grow close and then, without realizing it, they come to love each other immensely. Stella's leg gets better and she goes off to look for new relationships, new experiences, while the Professor goes on waiting for her: and all this in the presence of Papere, too young to understand.

Ecranizând povestirile reunite de Ion Creangă sub celebrul titlu "Amintiri din copilărie", Elisabeta Bostan dă viață pe ecran celor mai minunate pagini ale literaturii românești pentru copii. În seara de Ajun, în bojdeuca lui din cartierul Țicău al Iașilor, Ion Creangă, interpretat de marele actor Ștefan Ciubotărașu își amintește cu duioasă nostalgie de copilăria sa petrecută în satul natal Humulești, de poznele și aventurile sale, atribuite în carte personajului Nică a lui Ștefan a Petrei. Bolero is a 1984 American romantic drama film starring Bo Derek, and written and directed by her husband John Derek. The film centers on the protagonist's sexual awakening and her journey around the world to pursue an ideal first lover who will take her virginity.
Despite minor commercial success, the film was critically panned, earning nominations for nine Golden Raspberry Awards at the 5th Golden Raspberry Awards and "winning" six, including the Worst Picture.
Set in the 1920s, Ayre "Mac" MacGillvary (Bo Derek) is a virginal 23-year-old young American who graduates from an exclusive British college. An orphan heiress to a vast fortune, Ayre is determined to find the right man for her first sexual encounter wherever he might be in the world. Rich enough not to venture forth alone, she brings along her best friend Catalina (Ana Obregon) and the family chauffeur Cotton (George Kennedy).
Ayre first travels to Morocco where she meets an ideal lover, an Arab sheik (Greg Benson) who offers to deflower her. He takes her away in his private airplane to an oasis in the desert, but during foreplay while rubbing her nude body with honey, he falls asleep almost immediately. Giving up on the sheik, Ayre goes on to Spain, where she meets the toreador Angel (Andrea Occhipinti), and sets out to seduce him. Into this group comes Paloma, (Olivia d'Abo), a 14-year-old local Gypsy girl whom Ayre and Catalina take under their wing. A minor subplot involves Catalina meeting and pursuing Ayre's lawyer, Robert Stewart, a kilt-wearing Scotsman who Catalina chooses to deflower her.
After several days of courtship and flirting, Angel makes love to Ayre one morning and he manages to stay awake. Unfortunately, after she has succeeded in her quest to lose her virginity, Angel is gored while bullfighting the next day.
The injury leaves Angel unable to perform in the bedroom, and so Ayre makes it her mission in life to see to his recovery. Along the way, she takes up bullfighting herself as a way of getting her despondent lover motivated to stop moping. During this, the Arab sheik flies to Spain to abduct Ayre, but she manages to convince him that she has already lost her virginity and he lets her go.
Eventually, Ayre is successful in aiding Angel to full recovery which leads to a climatic lovemaking session between them. The film ends with Ayre and Angel getting married at a local church.

Sista leken (Finnish: Viimeinen kesä) is a 1984 Finnish-Swedish drama film directed by Jon Lindström. Sven Wollter won the award for Best Actor at the 20th Guldbagge Awards.
In this somber, psychological drama about the conflict between a man’s innermost feelings and a society that puts these feelings in a strait jacket, the mood is ruminative and depressing throughout. Alone, Viktor (Sven Wolter) heads off for his usual summer vacation to some islands where he can ostensibly look for antiques for his wife’s shop in Stockholm. His marriage is a failure or worse – he raped his wife before he left home, and he is obsessed by erotic imaginings. Once on the islands, he makes friends with a little girl whose mother is mentally disturbed and is kept by her husband in a locked room. The islanders are as tight-lipped as Viktor, and any communication is stiff and artificial. Viktor’s own alienation begins to slip as he takes surprising, violent action to turn around the imprisoned mother’s life – but it does not work, nothing seems to work – and his last actions indicate that he may not be willing to simply give up.

Teuvo Tuliolta vaikutteita ottaneiden melodraamojen ja sotilasfarssien jälkeen Roland af Hällström ohjasi neljä merkittävää klassikkokirjallisuuden filmatisointia, joita voi pitää ohjaaja-käsikirjoittajan päätöinä. Ensimmäisenä valmistui Joel Lehtosen Putkinotkon (1920) elokuvasovitus, jota seurasi Putkinotkoa monessa muistuttanut Ilmari Kianto -filmatisointi Ryysyrannan Jooseppi (1955), F. E. Sillanpään samannimisen kuuluisimman teoksen filmatisointi Poika eli kesäänsä (1955) ja vielä Minna Canth -sovitus Lain mukaan (1956). Näistä Putkinotko ja Ryysyrannan Jooseppi nousevat omaan luokkaansa.
Viime vuosisadan alussa lähellä Savonlinnaa asuvan Käkriäisen perheen elämästä yhden päivän ajalta kertova Putkinotko on tarina rähjäisistä, köyhistä ja sivistymättömistä metsäläisistä. Juutas (Matti Lehtelä), perheen pää, on ulkonäöltään koko perheestä kaikkein räjähtänein, niin likaisen näköinen, että melkein hänet voi haistaakin. Valtaosan vuodesta Juutas on saamaton vätys, joka kyllä rakastaa vaimoaan (Elvi Saarnio) ja eritoten monia lapsiaan, mutta viihtyy parhaiten yksin ja omilla reissuillaan.
Käkriäisen perheen elanto tulee viinan trokaamisesta, mutta rähjäisen mökkinsä he ovat saaneet vuokralle siitä hyvästä, että huolehtivat tilasta ja samassa pihapiirissä sijaitsevasta päärakennuksesta, jonne äveriäs kaupunkilaismies Muttinen (Pentti Viljanen) aina silloin tällöin saapuu kesää viettämään – tänään vieläpä fiinin naisystävänsä (Hillevi Rautio) kanssa. Juutas ei ole pestistä erityisen innoissaan, koska pelkää häätöä eikä muutenkaan tunnu olevan halukas tekemään työtä toisen hyväksi.
Putkinotkon päivä on toimintaa täynnä. Muttisen visiittiä ennen vaimo ja lapset ehtivät käydä kaupungissa ja Juutas jauho-ostoksilla, myöhemmin illalla käydään saunomassa ja vielä sen jälkeen laskemassa verkkoja. Pelkästään Juutaksen jauhokaupoista on saatu hyvin yksinkertaisella tavalla tehtyä loistavaa viihdettä, eikä vaimon asiointi apteekissa ole yhtään sen tylsempää katseltavaa. Kaupungissa käydessään vaimo yrittää yhdessä veljensä (Ari Laine) kanssa miettiä, miten Juutaksen saisi suostumaan pontikankeittoon.

Two little girls hide in the boys' bathroom at school so they can find out what happens there. When two boys come in, the four gradually talk each other into taking off their clothes. The principal catches them, and angrily berates them for what they've been up to, warning them that he'll have to tell their parents about the incident. Later repercussions are seen as parents of three of them separately discuss and fight about what has happened, with some taking a winking attitude of their child's discovery and others battling about how to react. Returning to school poses an additional challenge, as everyone has found out what has gone on.

At the age of 46 the Finnish director Kiti Luostarinen philosophises about the question what it means to live in a female body and what it is like to develop from a girl to a woman, to bloom, to age and eventually to die. At her age she can review her mother‘s life, feel herself grow older and see her daughter change into a woman. In her documentary, Luostarinen may present as many as fifty Finnish women from 4 to 90 years old, but the tone remains essayistic. She does not use any so-called experts or obligatory interview fragments. Luostarinen approaches the subject from a personal angle. With sufficient self-irony and a great sense of humour she acts as the narrator. Both young girls and elderly women tell about their experiences and feelings, concentrating on the development from girl to grandmother. At times she interrupts her film essay with fictitious scenes, in which she makes an ironical plea in favour of the iron brassiere and a woman cherishes her extracted fat in a preserving jar. Expanding hips, flabby buttocks and sagging breasts are usually camouflaged, but Luostarinen demonstrates the beauty of round tummies, because: ‘Oldness liberates you of false belief‘.

Doing so Bilitis is realising she is not yet ready herself for adulthood. The English photographer David Hamilton has achieved unusual visual beauty in making his first motion picture enhanced by the music of Francis Lai.

Laura: Shadows of a Summer or (French: Laura, les ombres de l'été) is a 1979
French romantic and erotic drama film directed by photographer David
Hamilton. Hamilton himself made a cameo appearance in the film. It stars
a then sixteen-year-old Dawn Dunlap at the time of release, as the
title character.
James Mitchell plays Paul Wyler, a successful sculptor best known for sculpting nude young girls. When he encounters
an old flame, Sarah, he is so smitten by her beautiful daughter Laura
that he asks Sarah if she will pose for him. Sarah, married but still
jealous of the fact that her former lover is more attracted to her
daughter, tells Paul that Laura is not interested, even though she is
actually quite enthusiastic about doing it. As an alternative to live
posing, Sarah takes photos of Laura posing nude and gives them to Paul
so that he can sculpt Laura. After a fire at an art exhibit, Paul goes
blind and cannot complete the sculpture. In the end, Laura, when going
to say goodbye to Paul, allows him to finish his work by feeling her
body and sculpting by feeling. This leads to a sexual encounter between
the two, and the next morning Laura's mother comes to take her away.

Hatsukoi Jigokuhen (初恋・地獄篇) is a 1968 film directed by Susumu Hani and
co-scripted by him with Shūji Terayama. It is one of Hani's best known
works. In the West, it is known as Nanami, The Inferno of First Love or
as Nanami, First Love. The movie focuses on the pain of emerging from
adolescence. The film was nominated for the Golden Bear award at the
18th Berlin International Film Festival in 1968. Many film scholars
consider this work to be one of Hani's major achievements, while others
judge the film to be commercial and exploitive.
An insecure guy falls in love with a young nude model. But his past sexual abuse hinders him
of loving inhibitedly. He meets a little girl in the park instead... The
story isn't that linear and that's why the freely linked episodes of
this film just takes you on a shaky underwater rollercoaster ride.

EN. There are a small number of people for whom imagery and symbolism alone are sufficient reason to watch an otherwise difficult film such as this one. In the story, a boy, a woman and a cow seem to be the only survivors of a global catastrophe, except for whoever is following them threateningly in a tank. Slowly they put together what they need to survive, and despite the difficulty of all this, it looks as though the human race may just manage a new beginning. This simple, darkly imaged story is told with a very minimal amount of dialog. Sci-Fi and action fans may find the film disappointing, but conoisseurs of metaphor may find what they are looking for here.

At the age twenty, Older escapes incarceration and seeks out his ten year old little brother, Younger. Clearly the bad influence, Older gets the boys mixed up in the "accidental" killing of a young girl and they are forced to go into hiding as they wait for their mother to rescue them. Thanks to their mother, the brothers now have a car and enough money to begin their bizarre road trip. Along the way, they encounter a host of people ranging from their unwelcoming sister to a troubled maid and her violent lover. Eventually, they wind up on the doorstep of their father's compound, wherein the three of them are quickly reminded why they are estranged in the first place. Just as the walls are about to close in, their father packs up his brood and takes them on a road trip of his own. They join several militaria enthusiasts in a remote forest where they re-enact actual Vietnam War battles. Once in the "jungle," the three of them revert to hostile tendencies building up to a final confrontation between father and sons, leaving the audience to decide what is real and what is make believe.
